Keith Weldon founded K.W. Douglas, LLC in 2009, bringing extensive expertise from his accounting career, which began at a publicly traded company. There, he advanced to the role of Controller at a manufacturing facility, honing his financial management skills. Following the 2008 economic downturn, Mr. Weldon pursued his passion for supporting small businesses, establishing K.W. Douglas, LLC to provide tailored financial solutions.

Over the years, he has served as Treasurer on the board of the Spotlight Theatre in Tulsa and provided strategic guidance to numerous non-profit organizations. Mr. Weldon has also held interim Controller and CFO roles for several medium-sized enterprises in the Tulsa metropolitan area. Today, he continues to deliver high-caliber financial leadership and advisory services to small businesses, ensuring their fiscal success and compliance.
